אנגלית תיכונה או אנגלית ביניים (באנגלית: Middle English) היא השפה האנגלית אשר דוברה בסביבות השנים 1100-1500.
האנגלית התיכונה התפתחה מהאנגלית העתיקה ומצרפתית עתיקה בתקופת ממלכת אנגליה הנורמנית, עקב חילופי המעמד השליט באנגליה מאנגלו-סקסים לנורמנים (דוברי צרפתית עתיקה), בעקבות כיבוש ממלכת אנגליה בידי ויליאם הכובש, מנורמנדי.
מהשפה האנגלית התיכונה, התפתחו השפות סקוטית והאנגלית הכמעט-חדשה.
